The hotel offers a cozy ambiance with a clean, spacious twin room. Breakfast options were plentiful, including Japanese and Western dishes. Staff displayed outstanding hospitality, particularly during breakfast service. The location is convenient, just a short walk to Fushimi Station and surrounded by eateries. However, the elevator occasionally had a noticeable cigarette smell, which was unpleasant. Also, some toiletries were only available in the lobby, which felt a bit inconvenient. Overall, a solid choice for comfort and accessibility in Nagoya.

Nasty smell in the bathroom!!! The carpets in the elevators are a hassle with large luggage!!! They should work on better noise isolation between rooms!!!

the hotel is in a fantastic spot, just a 20-minute walk from Nagoya Castle and surrounded by shops and eateries, making it easy to explore the city on foot and enjoy some lovely park views nearby.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the spacious twin room and the delicious breakfast spread. There’s a cozy lounge area perfect for relaxation, and a lovely bar to unwind in too. Just a heads up, they don’t refill the breakfast buffet much after 8:30 am, so get there early! 😊

stayed at comfort hotel for 2 nights and loved how organized and clean everything was. breakfast was refreshing with great options. tanaka at the reception was super helpful and made check-in a breeze. the hotel is also really close to the bus stop for easy airport access, which is a big plus.
